The Washington Health Benefit Exchange Board's draft Level II exchange grant request.

This report describes the results of an analysis by consultants PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) for the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services and the Virginia Health Reform Initiative of the potential benchmark health benefit plans, using the bulletin released by the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), to determine the extent to which they provide coverage of the essential health benefits defined under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) as well as their coverage of Virginia's mandated benefits.

The Data Advisory Work Group (DAWG) of the Colorado Health Benefit Exchange (COHBE) released a report that describes the process used by the DAWG to select the metrics for evaluating the exchange.

Maryland Health Benefit Exchange Board has gathered some useful materials from its latest meeting including: MOU’s with an outside research group for Level II application assistance and a take-up study; a chart outlining the handoff of exchange administration functions from the department to the public corporation; and a presentation on SHOP exchange technology enablement options.

The California Department of Managed Health Care has announced the launch of a partnership with the Health Consumer Alliance to assist Californians struggling to gain access to health coverage. In addition to direct assistance, the Health Consumer Alliance will also provide consumers with information on changes to the health care system as a result of the ACA.
