Additional Opportunities for Exchange Funding

The United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has announced that it will offer ten additional opportunities through 2014 to apply for exchange funding and provided information on the exchange-building activities that states can fund with establishment cooperative agreements. The guidance can be found here. To date, 34 states and the District of Columbia have received approximately $850 million in exchange establishment grants.
