Tennessee's Level One Exchange Establishment grant narrative.

NASHP's "Maximizing Enrollment" program developed an Eligibility Regulatory Analysis grid that outlines the key provisions of the three eligibility NPRM’s and raises key questions or issues that states and the federal agencies will want to consider in finalizing the policy. 

Connecticut Office of Policy and Management released a request for proposals (RFP)  for a contractor to focus on
Exchange business operations and IT systems along with, consumer assistance and support.

The Kansas Insurance Department Health Insurance Exchanges work group made recommendations to their Steering Committee on navigator training, navigator licensing/certification and governance structure for an exchange. The Committee also received a briefing on consumer education and outreach.

Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene released three RFPs to support Exchange implementation.
