Kansas Exchange Work Group Recommendations

The Kansas Insurance Department Health Insurance Exchanges work group made recommendations to their Steering Committee on navigator training, navigator licensing/certification and governance structure for an exchange. The Committee also received a briefing on consumer education and outreach. Recommendations included that the exchange be a not-for-profit corporation with a 18-member board.
