Session 2: Choosing Healthplans All Together (CHAT)
Marge Ginsburg, Executive Director of Sacramento Healthcare Decisions, and moderator of the CHAT sessions, will discuss how the CHAT process can be used to elicit citizens’ health coverage priorities and presents surprising findings from differing demographic groups.
Session 3: Healthy San Francisco
Implemented in July 2007, Healthy San Francisco is a universal healthcare program aimed at covering the 73,000 uninsured residents living in the city. This session will provide an overview of the program, the challenges faced, and implications for the State of California and other states.
