Connect for Health Assistance Network Funding Opportunity Announcement and Application Guidelines
Connect for Health Colorado is establishing the Connect for Health Colorado Assistance Network (Assistance Network) as a network of community-based organizations that will provide impartial assistance to consumers seeking health coverage through our new health insurance marketplace that will open in October 2013. The purpose of this Funding Opportunity Announcement is to invite applications from qualified organizations who are interested in participating as Assistance Sites for either the individual market, the small group market (SHOP)
or both, or as Regional Hubs in the Connect for Health Assistance Network.
