New York State Regional Advisory Committees
New York State's Executive Order 42 requires the state's Health Benefit Exchange to convene regional advisory committees to provide advice and make recommendations. The regional advisory committees will:
- Be the core of stakeholder engagement for the Health Benefit Exchange,
- Be the primary vehicle for two-way communication between external partners and the State Exchange team,
- Provide advice on key policy decisions, and
- Provide regional perspective on Exchange issues
