Minnesota Health Insurance Exchange Planning Documents

Minnesota's Plan Certification Work Group has recommended a proposed set of Qualified Health Plan (QHP) certification standards for the Minnesota Health Insurance Exchange. Minnesota's Exchange Advisory Task Force has also submitted for consideration a draft of proposed Guiding Principles for the Minnesota Health Insurance Exchange. The Guiding Principles will serve as the foundation for development work performed by both the Advisory Task Force and the Work Groups. Both the Plan Certification Work Group and Advisory Task Force are seeking public input on the draft recommendations and principles.
