Multi-State Plans Under the Affordable Care Act
This analysis by researchers at The George Washington University suggests that the U.S. Office of Personal Management is expected to release its proposed rule on the Multi-State Plans (MSP) this spring. The proposed rules will hopefully address how MSP will work with the state and federal exchange markets. The paper examines key implementation issues based on interviews with federal and state policy makers and others.
