Georgia Health Insurance Exchange Advisory Cmte. Report
This report from the Georgia Health Insurance Exchange Advisory Committe makes recommendations to the Governor on the potential benefits of establishing a small business marketplace. The Advisory Committe recommendations include:
- Establishing a small business health insurance marketplace, Georgia Health Insurance Marketplace Authority or “GHIMA,” to provide a “free-market exchange for small employers;” and
- Maintain the GHIMA separate from the ACA’s Health Benefit Exchange (HBE) and Small Business Health Options (SHOP) Exchange requirements
