Washington RFP Exchange System Integration Services
On October 28, 2011, the Health Benefit Exchange (HBE) Program of the Washington Health Care Authority (HCA) released an RFP for Exchange system integration services. The selected vendor will develop, implement and host services needed to establish an HBE by December 2013.
