Vermont RFP for Assistance in Second Year Exchange Planning and Implementation

planning for design and implementation of an Exchange. Activities include exchange operations/business functions; SHOP exchange, individual and employer responsibility, and enrollment; stakeholder involvement and outreach/education; quality and wellness; and universal exchange.
