LePage Administration Recommendations on Exchange Governance and Structure
Maine's advisory committee asked the LePage administration to create recommendations on exchange governance and structure. After the committee reviews the recommendations, Governor LePage will finalize recommendations and draft legislation. The administration wants to create a new state agency within the Professional and Financial Regulation that is supported by an advisory committee but under the direction of a department employee.
