HHS Awards 14 Level One Establishment Grants
HHS has awarded $185 million to 13 states and Washington, D.C., to help them establish state insurance exchanges. Three states, Indiana, Rhode Island and Washington, were awarded grants on May 23, 2011. The grantees include:

- Missouri

- North Carolina

- West Virginia
