NV-Exchange Legislation
Senate Bill 440 (S.B. 440) is currently under consideration by the legislature and would create the Silver State Health Insurance Exchange. The legislative session will ajourn June 6, 2011and without a special session, will reconvene 2013--when the federal government will decide if the state can operate its own exchange or hand it over to the federal government.
