CCIIO-Exchange IT Gap Analysis Webinar

States were awarded planning and establishment grant funds for the state health benefit exchanges and have the option of using the funds to do their IT gap analysis. The Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO) conducted a webinar that highlighted activities states may consider doing with their planning grant funds. The presenters also walked through key issues for states to consider when doing their gap analysis. Wisconsin grantee, Jim Jones, who has been awarded an IT Innovator grant, used his state's perspective to outline issues that states should consider when conducting their IT gap analysis.
