CA-Strategies to Navigate Health Care Challenges
California's 58 counties face an array of health care challenges that are about to grow due to the the shift of more responsibility for health care from state to county governments. On top of the shifting responsibilities, the recession is making it increasingly difficult to balance budgets and the Affordable Care Act will require even more changes.
