WA-Cooperative Agreement to Support Establishment of State-Operated Health Insurance Exchanges
The Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) application for a Level One Establishment Grant from the Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight to further its planning, development and design of the Washington State health insurance exchange.
