ND-Legislature Passed Exchange Bill
North Dakota's legislature has passed enabling legislation (H.B. 1126) to start planning and pursing additional federal funds for the state's exchange. The bill now goes to the governor who will either veto the bill, or do nothing for ten days and let it become law.
