CSHS-Health Sector Economic Indicators Report
Data from the Center for Studying Health Spending indicates that health care prices in March 2011 were 1.9 percent higher than in March 2010. This is the third consecutive month of less than two percent growth with particularly slow growth in hospital and physician prices.In the April 2011 report, data indicate that health care prices in March 2011 were 1.9 percent higher than in March 2010 – the third consecutive month of less than 2 percent growth with particularly slow growth in hospital and physician prices.
