Health Reform Update Webinar
As the House and Senate work toward merging their bills, many important issues will still need to be resolved. Will there be one national exchange or state-level exchanges? How high will Medicaid eligibility levels go? How generous will the subsidies be? How strong will enforcement of the individual mandate be? What will be the implementation dates?
Join SCI once again for a discussion on the current status of national health reform and its potential impact on the states. We will be hosting a Webinar with Charles Milligan, executive director of the Hilltop Institute at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Chuck has provided occasional technical assistance to Senate staff members working on the current reform negotiations. As a follow-up to his update call in October, Chuck will provide callers with the most up-to-date information on where things stand in the process. Ample time will be provided for callers to ask questions.
