Hilltop-Health Reform 2011: Where are we now?
The Hilltop Institute developed a financial modeling tool that was used to help the Maryland Health Care Reform Coordinating Council predict the costs and savings of implementing health reform. Hilltop utilized this tool to predict that implementing health reform will save the state $829 million.
