NV-MLR Waiver Approved
Nevada Request for an Adjustment of the Medical Loss Ratio Standard and it has been partially approved by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Nevada is the third state to receive a MLR waiver. Nevada requested for a 1 year waiver from 80 percent down to 72 percent. HHS has granted the state a MLR of 75 percent for one year.
