SCI/SHADAC -- Health Insurance Exchanges - How Economic and Financial Modeling Can Support State Implementation
This brief discusses the issues that states will face in making decisions about how to structure health insurance exchanges and health insurance markets. It also provides an overview of the decisions that states will need to make with regard to the goals, data sources, and methods for the quantitative analyses necessary to answer questions regarding estimated impacts of different options for the health insurance exchanges in their states.
